Assuming you have flown the outbound, have you tried to just change the return at the CX site (versus looking for open dates)?
The last time I did it - about two weeks ago - I didn't even bother looking for space first. Just changed my return to March. It was wide open.
Although I booked an A fare, every time I try to change via the website, it shows me only J options. This is even for dates where CX phone reps tell me there is A space I can change to.
Also just to add:
- Available on CX website = reps can see the A space for changes.
- Available on OTA and ITA, but not on CX website = reps cannot see A space.
- I tried both Twitter and USA phone line.
