If I were to sent all the checks at the same time, will they package it up and pay the monthly mortgage? Currently, when I make a payment short of the monthly mortgage, it goes straight to principal.
I had / have this same problem at my bank. (U.S. Bank) I called them and asked about it and they said if they receive funds before the due date they apply it to principal. If after the due date they save them up until the total adds up to the required payment. YMMV
