Just a quick report on the Boston Marriott Copley... what the heck happened? I stayed at this place earlier this year and had a great stay. Apparently in the 6 months or so since then the employee attitude has taken a MAJOR dive. Front desk staff definitely is unhappy, bell staff seems put out if you ask to store your luggage. And to top it off the "hitech" elevator system went down (which according to the security guard shuttling us in the freight elevator isn't uncommon and "it takes the tech at least an hour to get here".) Only bright spot was the lounge where the staff was incredibly nice. I think I'll try the Westin next time!
