If you were the only pax to ZRH, that would explain why you did not get a direct transfer but Bremen and Krakow did. It's all about the money, they have limited teams and do this to avoid paying too many hotels. Even my family of four did not get it once, while they did it for other four passengers to another flight. I asked, they checked, and guess what - a family of four is not expected to take four hotel rooms, so they did it for the four individual guests instead. It does not make it right for you, it's just how they decide when and when not to offer.
