As discussed above, diamond get 30+ dollar per person that you can use at any time of the day.
You do feel that this it's still taking time to rebrand as a Conrad , it seems to be in a trial period.
There was no upgrade and check-out until 1pm only.
The smallest room/suite is 525sq ft which is a great size tough the bathroom is quite small for such a big room.
Location is great
On the last day, wifi stopped working for over 24h and the staff were telling guest who needed internet to just go to the Starbucks which is a block away. Not sure if this is the best answer but all in all it was a good stay.
