Stayed here back in September as a Gold.

Had emailed ahead and was told they were do their best to accommodate my upgrade request.
Upon check in I was informed that they don't upgrade Golds, I kindly informed them on of the benefit for enhanced room upgrade. Which she then turns around and says no rooms are available.
I had previously looked before check in and there were rooms available.

She requested I forward her the email which I did and then after after a bit of back and forth I gave up.

Property itself is nice, pool however is quite small and in peak times you will struggle to get a sunlounger especially in the sun.

Breakfast buffet however is fantastic
