Just starting my 4th stay here since the hotel joined the Hilton portfolio. I prefer the Tower wing, it's more modern and none of the rooms are small. The historic Pantlind wing is traditional, but some rooms are very small and soundproofing isn't that good.
This is my second stay as a Diamond, two previous stays were as a Gold. Same breakfast benefits for both tiers, which is currently a $15/person/day voucher for the buffet breakfast in the lobby. I don't yet know if that covers the full cost or not, but think it does.
I was upgraded from a king room to a Tower luxury suite, with 270-degree views of the Grand River. A few panoramic photos of the suite are below. Everything is in great condition and the rooms are very clean.
