Last Portion of SW CC Spend

Hi All,
I have the SW Plus card and SW Biz Performance cards and am wrapping up my spend on them. Questions about when to complete my minimum spend for the points to all post in 2020 for Companion pass:

My statement closing date was Dec 3rd for the SW Biz card, so should be Jan 3rd, and I have a Dec 3rd Statement (and Nov 3rd Statement) in my account. Am I now 100% (or maybe 90%) safe to complete my minimum spend?
For the SW Plus card, my statement closing date is Dec 16th (and I have a Nov 16th Statement in my account). After Dec 17th, will I be 100% safe to complete my minimum spend on that card?

I could wait until January, but I have some expenses to pay and would prefer to get them taken care of now (and put my next expenses on another new CC).

I have the 80k Biz bonus and 50k Plus bonus, so all I need are the bonus points to post in 2020. Thanks!
