Also received this service recently. SE, paid J cabin, YYZ to ZRH. Got a call earlier in the day asking what time I would arrive so that they could have it ready for me. Agree with the above, the domestic security step is quite unpleasant. While the ride itself was fun (also had an X7), it seemed to take the time out of two concierges (one on each side of security), on a day when wait times on the concierge line were quite bad, so I can't agree with the allocation of resources. But I don't work there.
