Traffic should not be a problem at your arrival and departure time.

I have not taken a taxi since Uber and now Grab started operating in MNL.

I would get a hotel in "downtown" Metro Manila near where you need/want to be to save the hassle of daytime travel in the famous Manila traffic.

Cashless? dine in Western restaurant chains.
