We were rebooked onto PS (Ukraine International Airlines) and I can confirm the rules for the lounge are as per the carrier. Also expect some hassle with the Visa Check as in our case we couldnt print BPs or complete OLCI because the system couldnt see the return legs of the journey as they were on a different carrier even though on the same ticket and the Visa rules state you must have a return ticket. It was a bit of a faff for the 4 of us but you might want to allow time to visit the check in desk in case it happens to you.
