Mine's been over a week as well and my flight info is listed on my Amex account. I don't think I'm getting credited either. I have vouchers to use, but I didn't since the fares were $44 each. Our return flight is $86 each, and I am tempted to try and use the voucher. I hate to "waste" having the opportunity to use my credit for Southwest though. (I haven't redeemed anything yet this year.)
