I have seen Malmö referred to as suburb of Copenhagen, and part of the Medicon Valley (or what it was they used for a while), but as part of Greater Copenhagen or Storkøbenhavn I have yet to see. But I would not be surprised that some would use the term, but I doubt any official list would include Malmö in that area.
