Haha, I had a true flight to HEL (JFK-HEL to be exact), with a family in front that had a screeching infant for nearly the whole flight, plus a toddler who ran about the cabin. I might have slept perhaps an hour max, toward the very end of the flight, when things calmed down a bit.
Contrast that with the HEL-SIN route (on the A350) with a far better crew, lighter load, and I pretty much slept the whole flight. Some of that was probably due to the fact that I hardly slept on the first flight and had a busy day in Helsinki in between.
