In that case I'm not sure anything was wrong (although that doesn't mean nothing was in fact wrong).
GS upgrades don't get priority for PremiumPlus, and they clear to RN as do everyone else's. So nominally the sorting should be status, then fare, then time of request.
For Polaris, GS upgrades do get priority, as they clear to PN.
So the possible explanation for the list in this post

Can someone help me understand this. I the two ALB, L are on GS pp points. How are they behind some people on the PP list that they are ahead of on the business list.
is that RAV, V.; ROT, M.; and SIE, C were waitlisted from PremiumPlus with non-GS instrument, and only STA, M. was waitlisting for Polaris with a GS instrument and had higher status.
