Anyone browsing the web exclusively from private/incognito sessions to prevent tracking and protect privacy ?

I'm also pondering the idea of using a stateless computer/vm for internet access: It would have only the OS, browsers and a very limited number of trusted essential software. Any data accumulated during a session on the stateless computer would be automatically wiped on reboot/logout. Any data that I need to save shall be transferred and backed up to devices that don't have internet access. This to ensure that software/tools used on the offline devices to view/manipulate the saved data cannot leak it to the outside.
