Unable to cancel AE booking online prior to flight
I attempted to cancel an AE booking last week about 3 hours before the flight departure (airport agent unchecked me), but the website wouldn't let me cancel it. I followed the directions on the site, but an error message kept popping up when I hit cancel.
I assume that if I call next week, I will still be able to get a refund of my points and the taxes/fees? I would have called at the time, but I was about to board a different flight so I didn't have time.
I am going to assume that this issue is somehow related to Amadeus...
