I'd guess that "14 business days" is boiler-plate language. Back when I worked in accounting in a hotel, the amount of the disputed charge didn't change the order in which they were researched. It was basically a first-come, first served type of situation.

You'd probably would have gotten a quicker resolution if you called the location directly. At this point, it's probably best to just let the process happen.
