The suites lounge and the business class lounge both have entrances to the upper deck ramp to gate C4. As we made our way to F, we saw that they were lining everybody else up inside the hallway and holding them until we boarded.

The only issue is that I guess PE pax must not get lounge access because as we were boarding in F and stowing our things in the overhead, a lot of PE pax were coming up the front stairs and making their way through the F cabin, the business class cabin to the premium economy seats.

I guess that's an issue with the way the gates are setup at HNL, versus elsewhere like at Narita or Bangkok where you can access the upper deck ramp from the same gate as the lower deck ramp.

Anyway that didn't last very long.

We both liked the Billecart over the Krug.

The other minor thing .. we had reserved the middle seats in row 2. I noticed when we went to check in we ended up in the middle seats in row 1 for some reason. Not really a problem, but it was odd.

Despite being in F, we were unable to use the ANA suites lounge at Narita. They told us if our ongoing flight was on ANA in business, we would have been able to do so, but we were on the Thai A380 in business class so we had to use the normal ANA business class lounge at Narita.

Hope I'll be able to find more premium seat availability for 2 in the future. It was a great flight.
