Avis replied to my email that contained my ticket to ORD and wants 14 business days to investigate. Seems excessive in my opinion. I would have thought there would be a greater sense of urgency to address this considering I was charged more than 10 times the amount quoted in my reservation and I have provided evidence I did not travel to IND
