Really? He says how much he loves reverse herringbone and that the BA implementation is the best yet. He didn't like the WiFi plans (which are unique to the A350 as it was installed as a line-fit item in the factory), the lack of Air Nozzels (I don't think BA has them on any long-haul aircraft and don't seem keen on them, in general, they didn't have them on the 757-236 or 737-436 either) or a Tail Camera. Those are relatively small points in the overall product, I think?
What it seems BA have gotten right is the seat, the door, the bedding and much of the food, those a major things.
