Quick update on this one.
With our outbound flight to SJC cancelled at the end of March, we rebooked to SFO on the A380.
I just had an email to notify of a seat change on our return flight. It seems that the 787 from SJC to SFO has now been replaced by a 747. With all the Dreamliner issues in the past, I think this is the first time I have seen an aircraft substitution rather than a cancellation. I didn't know that SJC could handle a 747.
With an aircraft change, will BA allow a rebooking? It would be a great opportunity to try and grab the A380 out of SFO....
