Restaurant and club breakfast are basically what you'd expect. Restaurant has your typical asian wide selection with egg, noodle, etc. stations and a plethora of cooked dishes from most cultures (chinese, japanese, indian, western, continental, fruits, etc). Club is much smaller but has egg and noodle stations. The other day there was Laksa!
I wouldn't pay for breakfast in the hotel in HK if it wasn't free.
