Good to know and thanks for reminding me of the name (Lune)
Yes a new location for them
I tried one to see what the fuss is after waiting on a long line and can say I personally wasn’t a fan
In my limited opinion it’s something that may die out over time
I do see it as a trend that came back from the 70s and 80s with a new face/twist
In the US the croissant trend has been over for decades now which gave way to cronuts ,cupcakes and other products.
In my perception It simply doesn’t compare to the traditional classic croissants I have sampled and enjoyed all over the world from Paris to Melbourne
I do applaud their success though which cannot be denied and at the end of the day all subjective

Like coffee everyone has an opinion especially in Melbourne which is pretty sophisticated
The New York Times approx 3 years ago did question if Lune is perhaps the best croissant in the world
So what do I know?
