I just got the royal runaround from the TK phone line when I asked about whether there has been any changes to renewal requirements for Elite in the first year. I was told that there was no more break for non-Turkish citizens or residents and that a certain number of miles flown on TK was required in order to renew. I'm in my first year of the two-year validity period. I am beginning to suspect that the rules have been changed effective 1 January 2020. If there is already a thread on this, I apologise in advance.
