Is there even a way to book Star Alliance awards for Someone Else on TK website?
Quite possibly not, but I don't have time to check. Which is why I added the proviso "might not be relevant to TK".
As you may have noticed, TK isn't really in the business of facilitating partner airline rewards. Which in a certain way helps that cheap award pricing to survive (for those willing to make the effort).
