Is it just me, or are Rosewood trying to open too many properties too quickly, without the right level of staff to be able to offer a high-end service? Endless disappointments with their new hotels.
Rosewood Yangon very much the same problems and cheap owners don't help. I don't know how an ultra luxury hotel can limit guests to hot beverages only with afternoon tea or open without their 1 pool operational?
