Is it just me, or are Rosewood trying to open too many properties too quickly, without the right level of staff to be able to offer a high-end service? Endless disappointments with their new hotels.
We just had a superb stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh. What a beautiful hotel. We had wonderful service throughout the hotel but there were some in room issues. Regardless, I would recommend it to anyone. I'd say they are 95% on the way to what they should offer.
Where have you been disappointed?
