I'm headed to Bangkok on Friday and got lucky in that they reopened Gaggan's new digs before my trip and I managed to grab a reservation. Will have to document and report back!
Enjoyed the Jakarta and KL segments. Was going about once every five to six weeks for work in 2017 and 2018 so brings back a lot of memories.
