I stayed at this hotel once and remember it being very nice and in particular the staff was very good (I locked my keys in my car and they helped me out with that, and I had some problem with billing on an award stay, and the front desk person fixed the problem and zeroed out a few bucks of legitimate charges for the inconvenience to make it totally free).
