Have you been to this property before? I’ve stayed here a few times, and gotten Presidential Suite twice, and one bedroom suite, once.

I generally ask for an upgrade in the comments when I book online. My first stay was horrible, and I moved to the Hilton in Nusa Dua after a couple of days. I decided to give them another try last year, and everything has been great since. This year was great, too.

Really great staff, our family enjoyed our 10+ day booking last summer.
