I read a very comprehensive guide on PQ payments. It says the BA Biz Travel card can beat the PQ 2.5% fee if the cardholder is at 1.75x Platinum Honor level. Then its 1.5x1.75=2.63% will beat the 2.5% fee. The personal card is Visa and can't be used at PQ for most of the payments.
