Hi all,

I have redeemed 2 x one-way reward tickets online using my BR miles. TPE-HKG and HKG-TPE

Is there a charge to change the dates? (routing remain the same)

I can not change the date online and Auckland office is unable to help with reward tickets. Is my only option to call the Taipei center?
