Yes, but that's a huge amount of money. It's $5,000/year for 40 years or $10,000/year for 20 years.
Better way to look at it - 10 years at 20k - which is the spend required in a year to get Globalist off spend at Hyatts instead of nights. I've seen more than one post on FT of folks who reach lifetime after 10 years this way.
