Altitude - What is considered as an AQS

Hi all,
I'm fairly new to the program and I can't seem to understand which flights are considered Altitude Qualifying Segments (AQS). First of all, I'm not sure what is a Segment (sorry I'm French). For example, If I do Quebec City to Toronto and then Toronto to Thunder Bay on the same booking, is that one or two segments? Furthermore, what is required for a segment to be considered as an AQS?
I've attached the excel dump from the Altitude Website. Right now the website says I have 19 AQS and I can't figure what which ones are AQS or not.
Thanks
