When I log in to the United WiFi it opens the within Wifi browser (unsure what it is) and tells me when I try to pick movies my iPad is incompatible. It’s a newer iPad with updated chrome and safari on it. Latest version of iOS. My boss had trouble weeks ago and I assumed she was just being tech dumb. Nope. It won’t work for me. Did you download the latest version of the United app prior to the cabin door closing?
