I assume F is full? You may be a displaced F passenger which would place you ahead of everyone else on the F list though would also suggest you are due downgrade compensation if you don't get an F seat (which would seem unlikely since it was an upgrade).

This is why I never select row 4 on either the E175 or CR9 unless it's the only row available -- just in case they downgauge to the E170/CR7 (though you may not have had any other options when you were upgraded to F).
