I’m in an interesting situation. I’m booked on an E170. I cleared into C+ at the Gold window and got seat 5D. Then, they upgauged the aircraft to an E175 and I cleared into F into 4A. Then, they downgauged the aircraft back to an E170, and now I’m back in 4A in C+. However, I’m not on the upgrade list anymore. I tweeted Delta and was told that I already cleared into F and that I would get the next available F seat ahead of everyone on the upgrade list. Somehow that doesn’t sound right. Should I try calling?
