I disagree. When a benefit is consistently available and then discontinued, that's a devaluation. I don't care if the benefit was "listed" or not. It was a real benefit if you knew about it (if memory serves, the information on its availability was publicized on Seven Stars Insider?). It wasn't a series of one-off decisions by some bartenders or servers to be generous. It was policy at those bars and restaurants. And now it's gone.
