I don't want to "run the company", nor am I capable. Saving a company money doesn't mean I'm competent to participate in union negotiations. Not realizing that is pretty much the definition of the Peter Principle.

But I've had in-person discussions with multiple high-level executives about jobs. I'm just not that interested in moving back to Canada.
