Help me with getting a meaningful response from LH M&M in regard to approval (or rejection ) of LH Senator Lifetime Status.
Following my calculations I meet the criteria to the subject status.
The criteria according to LH M&M are:
1. Senator or above for min 10years.
2. Rack 1million miles ( not sure if butt in a seat or combined with bonuses) which I made as butt in a seat.
3. Turn 60 years of age (I’m surprised that no one has challenged this on discriminatory basis)
I submitted LH M&M a request online to review my status back in Aug 2019 and to Dec 2019 got no meaningful response.
I called LH a few times and the usual response is that it’s pending for they are behind due to unusual high queries count.
What should I do next?
