And I agree Gosset is a downgrade.
The open faced sandwich was suprisingly good! Would've enjoyed a bit more of it.
About a year ago I did the same long haul flight 3 times within a month and got the same menu on each flight. I normally always go for the meat dish and on 2 of the flights it was good or okay. On the third flight is it was cooked dry and disgusting. Just like on a restaurant. It all depends on the chef and he can have an off day too.
Beside that. One of my colleges like his bacon fried crisp and dry to the point just before it turns to charcoal. I like mine fried to the level where it get the light brown fried color, but is still soft and tasty.
