Flew from IAD-LHR this morning in economy and received these headphones:




Which seem rather used - and coated in somebody else's earwax. The crew replaced them with some other ones but didn't react as though this was something odd. Is it normal that they are reused - I would have thought they'd be supplied new or at least cleaned?!
