However, on checking my account I discovered that a number of you failed to complete the third step which is downloading and installing the "Browser Assistant." You need to complete this step to earn points in the program. And, there are several useful ways you can earn points. For example, I added the "Frequent Flyer Services" icon to my Browser Assistant and now get 10 points each each time I check my my American Airlines, Delta, United and US Airways FF accounts. Btw, if it is a concern, the "browser assistant" is really very non-intrusive - less than half the size of AllAdvantage and many of the others I've seen.
