Im looking to book a trip from XNA to Paris in may and would like to book without huge feed (don't we all). There is availability on BA, EI, and IB through their hubs, but IB has premium which would be a huge plus. Is there a way to use Avios to book IB with a domestic leg on AA and not pay the huge fees?
