Agents at YQX yesterday were directing all pax to call the 1-800 number for rebooking of flights and I cannot understand why.

They said that they were unable to make changes to our flights, but it seemed to me like they just didn't want to deal with all of us. Halifax agent was more than willing to help me when I got there to try and get on the flight to YYR, which I somehow got a seat on. Time was of the essence yesterday because the inbound for AC8863 to YHZ was about to land, and I did not have time to waste sitting on hold while trying to figure out if I needed to get on the flight. Really wasn't impressed with YQX agents, but I couldn't do much about it at the time.

It was an absolute disaster at the time, but it all worked out, in the end, thanks to the competent agent in YHZ that I spoke about in another thread.
