Yes but it doesn't work if you click through to Delta.com from Book with Matrix/ITA Flight Matrix and Delta.com doesn't allow you to piece together the same flights.
There is a fix. Once you click the click through link, find ‘flight-search-2’ towards the beginning of the URL. Remove the ‘-2’
Then hit enter and it will load the old flight summary page, which will allow these other payment forms without making you search for the flights again
