EDIT - it's a "Guaranteed Avail" rate which prices higher than the standard 700-800 EUR rate but still is for the base room and has no advance purchase requirement.

Guaranteed Avail rate means the hotel is fully booked. It is not the Standard Rate, so there will be no points availability arising out of it.
