Wasn't surprised by the answers from TK;
Here's the saga after I sent a request to TK FB messenger:
So they gave me another feedback number and I waited, then the miles finally credited. I thought it's great they finally did it, after 2 days I got an email from TK saying that they are now investigating the claim and will send a request to SK to get my miles.
I replied by setting up a new feedback telling them that they have credited the miles into my account so everything is fine.
