You can record your flight in your membership account quickly and practically by using our online channels. To do that, you are required to follow the following steps after logging in as a member through turkishairlines.com or our mobile application:
- Access “My mileage transactions” section.
- Click on “Missing Mileage processing” button.
- Make your search by entering the flight number, flight date, flight class, departure-arrival points, and ticket number.

I tried selecting "Previous feedback" but received the information
"There is no saved feedback."
I would be grateful if someone could point me out, how can I find my previous feedback so that I could continue the thread with Turkish Airlines? I have the feedback number available.
